When you lose weight and your fat, you cannot lose weight more than 1 pound a week (1 pound = 0.45 kg). Gampangnya, the max u can lose is 1 kg per 2 weeks.“what? Itu dikit bgt. Gw pengen lose lbh cepet n tampil pede lbh cpt.”Sorry folks. It is a slow process. When you lose too much weight in 1 week, u run the risk of losing or stripping off your muscles as well as fats. What are muscles responsible for? They are responsible for jacking up your metabolism. In other words, more muscle = higher metabolism. When your metabolism is high, u will burn calories faster. Muscles are like your fat burning machine. Therefore, you can’t afford to lose your muscles when you are losing weight. It’s a slow process. But hang in there guys. Slow and steady.
When you are losing weight, you can’t eat only once or twice a day! You have to eat 5 meals.“HAH?!?! Bkn nya gw nanti bisa jd tambah gendut?”When you eat only once or twice a day, your body will think,
“oh man we only have two meals today. We better slow down the metabolism otherwise we will starve.”And what will happen if your metabolism slows down? Correct,
you will get FATTER because your body burns the calories slower.
When you eat 5 meals a day,
your body will not feel hungry and therefore they don’t need to slow down the metabolism because they always have constant supply of food. But remember, 5
well-balanced meals a day. You can’t lose weight if you eat a big portion of chicken rice or minced meat noodle and count that as your small meal. In other words, u gotta grab something to eat every 2 or 3 hours. Remember, those meals must be low in fat and calories. Double cheeseburger from McD is small but it contains a lot of fats and calories.
Another point,
BREAKFAST is the most important meal of the day. When you have breakfast, you will not feel that hungry in the afternoon and therefore you will eat less later. If you don’t eat breakfast, you will
starve and once recess time or break time comes, you will eat more and logical thinking (“I can’t eat JCO donuts and french fries. I gotta keep my diet clean”) will not come across your mind.
The best breakfast, in my opinion, is
oatmeal. It is because it contains a lot of fibre, low fat, n low calories. So u will be filled up and have energy. For your info, most of the time, Bodybuilders eat oatmeal as their breakfast.
And then, try to eat a lot of vegetables. Why? They fill you up cos they have a lot fibre (good for digestion. Supaya boker nya ga keras. Haha), low in calories (jd kalian ga perlu worry kalo mkn kebanyakan), vitamin C (green peppers, broccoli, green leafy vegetables), Vitamin E (whole grains), beta carotene (apricots, peaches, broccoli), etc etc etc. Ok? So eat the salads rather than the pork ribs in swensens or café cartel (biarpun kadang itu bikin sakit hati cos sama aja kyk nolak berkat. You know what I mean rite? Huahahaha…. Young men young men...)

These are some foods that I know that are not only low fat but they are healthy as well.
Avocado (contain healthy monounsaturated fats and prevent mouth cancer)
Garlic (nakutin drakula!!! Haha jk jk. It is the enemy of cancer)
Tofu (licinin kulit supaya ga byk jerawat. Haha. It can guard men against prostate cancer)
Lemon (prevent skin tumours)
Organic ketchup (cancer fighting lycopene)
Parmesan Cheese ((di pastamania ada kan?) add protein which will fill u up faster and helps u burn more calories)
Soba noodles (take more time to digest so u will not be hungry so fast)
Low fat yoghurt (replace the coconut milk wif low fat yoghurt)
Low-salt soya sauce (cut out the artery-clogging compound)
Dark chocolate (lower the risk of heart disease and keep the cholesterol under wraps)
Kidney beans (di fairprice byk neh. Have a lot of protein n fibre.)
Button Mushroom (boost your immune system and fight cancer)
Parsley (70% vit. C, 50% Vit. A, 10% iron. It freshens your breath too. Biar ga bau. haha)
Oregano (antioxidants)
Fresh mint (boost your daily vit. A intake)
