Okay… skrg gw bakal kasih beberapa tips supaya kalian bisa ngecilin perut n tampil lebih pede. Jadi dah ga perlu capek2 tahan nafas kalo ketemu org laen. Hehe.. Follow these tips and hopefully you can get the result that you want.
For your info, Crunches/Sit Ups alone will not decrease your waistline. LOH?!?! Knp??? Itu kan olahraga..
Eits.. jgn salah. Crunches/Sit Ups Cuma ngebantu 20%. 80% nya lagi dari mana dong?? Dari Input kalian, yaitu, MAKANAN.
Remember this phrase, “If you have a well balanced diet, you will have a balanced body.”
Jadi, kalo kita ga jaga makanan yg kita makan, badan kita pun jg ga jadi balanced.
Ok enough talking.
Here are some ground rules of food that you CANNOT eat.
Rule #1:
Never ever eat FAST FOOD!
McDonald, KFC, Burger King, Long John Silver, dll. Why? Because all of them contain a crazy amount of FATS and calories. Kita mau DECREASE fats, BUKAN increase.
For instance, a person who weighs 63 kg. He/she needs to have 2100 calories to maintain his/her weight and bodyfat level.
If he/she has a McDonald meal for his/her lunch, let’s say, A Big Mac meal (Big Mac burger, medium fries, medium coke).
Big Mac = 540 calories
Medium Fries = 380 calories
Medium Coke = 210 calories
TOTAL CALORIES = 1130 !!!
And what’s the percentage? 1130/2100 x 100% = 53.8% !!
Dalam satu meal, 1130 kalori? Bagaimana dgn dinner, snack and supper nya? (we don’t count breakfast).
“tp, kalo gt, lunch kita mcdonald, malam nya kita ga bakal gt laper dong karena mcdonald byk kalori nya.”
Wait, after 3 hours, what will happen? You will be hungry again. Fast food doesn’t give you sustainable energy throughout the day. Tambah lagi, goreng2an. Bisa sariawan n sakit leher. Sapa yang mau sakit? McDonald also uses a very UNHEALTHY oil to fry the food. It is proven that the oil can cause cancer.
Therefore, kita ga mungkin bisa lbh kurus kalo kita makan fast food.
Rule #2
Watch what you’re drinking
Well, kalo kita dah fulfill rule #1, yaitu kita dah ga makan sembarangan lg, great. Tp, itu sama aja bo’ong kalo kita ga jaga minuman kita juga. LOH LOH??? Minuman juga perlu dijaga? IYA dong..
Coca-Cola, Sprite, 7up, F&N, dll SANGATLAH dilarang. Why? They contain a lot of sugar!
“How about Sports drink? Pocari Sweat, Sports water?”
Kalo kalian adalah org yg sering olahraga, yes, you can drink. But if you just sit around the whole day, kalian ga boleh minum cos they’re high calorie drinks.
Rule #3
No Cookies, Candies, Chocolate bars
Again, they contain a lot of sugar and they don’t provide the sustainable energy that we need.
Rule #4
No Potato Chips
Again, they contain a lot of fats. And they also use Trans fatty acids which can cause cancer.
Rule #5
No Slimming Pills & Fat Burning pills
NEVER ever take them. Why? Because they’re not natural. Fat burning pills contain stuffs that wil boost your metabolism so that your body can burn more calories than usual. Your body will be forced to do stuff that are not naturally occurred. And what will happen after that? It will lead to many kinds of penyakit2 yg kita ga mau. You are not called “a winner” if you slim down because of slimming pills. Reducing waistline takes a lot of commitment and effort.
Foods for you to avoid:
-fast food (as mentioned above)
-hainanese chicken rice (the rice contains a lot of oil)
-fried food
-chicken curry, mutton curry, fish curry, whatever curry
