Hello teman2. Pernah ga kalian mikir, “aduh, pengen neh ngecilin perut.” “hmm… baju/celana ini kurang bagus di aku karna badanku kurang bagus.”

Okay… skrg gw bakal kasih beberapa tips supaya kalian bisa ngecilin perut n tampil lebih pede. Jadi dah ga perlu capek2 tahan nafas kalo ketemu org laen. Hehe.. Follow these tips and hopefully you can get the result that you want.

For your info, Crunches/Sit Ups alone will not decrease your waistline. LOH?!?! Knp??? Itu kan olahraga..

Eits.. jgn salah. Crunches/Sit Ups Cuma ngebantu 20%. 80% nya lagi dari mana dong?? Dari Input kalian, yaitu, MAKANAN.

Remember this phrase, “If you have a well balanced diet, you will have a balanced body.”
Jadi, kalo kita ga jaga makanan yg kita makan, badan kita pun jg ga jadi balanced.

Ok enough talking.
Here are some ground rules of food that you CANNOT eat.

Rule #1:
Never ever eat FAST FOOD!
McDonald, KFC, Burger King, Long John Silver, dll. Why? Because all of them contain a crazy amount of FATS and calories. Kita mau DECREASE fats, BUKAN increase.

For instance, a person who weighs 63 kg. He/she needs to have 2100 calories to maintain his/her weight and bodyfat level.

If he/she has a McDonald meal for his/her lunch, let’s say, A Big Mac meal (Big Mac burger, medium fries, medium coke).

Big Mac = 540 calories
Medium Fries = 380 calories
Medium Coke = 210 calories
TOTAL CALORIES = 1130 !!!

And what’s the percentage? 1130/2100 x 100% = 53.8% !!

Dalam satu meal, 1130 kalori? Bagaimana dgn dinner, snack and supper nya? (we don’t count breakfast).

“tp, kalo gt, lunch kita mcdonald, malam nya kita ga bakal gt laper dong karena mcdonald byk kalori nya.”

Wait, after 3 hours, what will happen? You will be hungry again. Fast food doesn’t give you sustainable energy throughout the day. Tambah lagi, goreng2an. Bisa sariawan n sakit leher. Sapa yang mau sakit? McDonald also uses a very UNHEALTHY oil to fry the food. It is proven that the oil can cause cancer.

Therefore, kita ga mungkin bisa lbh kurus kalo kita makan fast food.

Rule #2
Watch what you’re drinking
Well, kalo kita dah fulfill rule #1, yaitu kita dah ga makan sembarangan lg, great. Tp, itu sama aja bo’ong kalo kita ga jaga minuman kita juga. LOH LOH??? Minuman juga perlu dijaga? IYA dong..

Coca-Cola, Sprite, 7up, F&N, dll SANGATLAH dilarang. Why? They contain a lot of sugar!

“How about Sports drink? Pocari Sweat, Sports water?”
Kalo kalian adalah org yg sering olahraga, yes, you can drink. But if you just sit around the whole day, kalian ga boleh minum cos they’re high calorie drinks.

Rule #3
No Cookies, Candies, Chocolate bars
Again, they contain a lot of sugar and they don’t provide the sustainable energy that we need.

Rule #4
No Potato Chips
Again, they contain a lot of fats. And they also use Trans fatty acids which can cause cancer.

Rule #5
No Slimming Pills & Fat Burning pills
NEVER ever take them. Why? Because they’re not natural. Fat burning pills contain stuffs that wil boost your metabolism so that your body can burn more calories than usual. Your body will be forced to do stuff that are not naturally occurred. And what will happen after that? It will lead to many kinds of penyakit2 yg kita ga mau. You are not called “a winner” if you slim down because of slimming pills. Reducing waistline takes a lot of commitment and effort.

Foods for you to avoid:
-fast food (as mentioned above)
-hainanese chicken rice (the rice contains a lot of oil)
-fried food
-chicken curry, mutton curry, fish curry, whatever curry

Buat kalian yang makan fat burner ato slimming pills ati2 yah... bagi yang ga cocok, bisa bikin daya serap usus kita turun, yang malah bikin kita gemuk, why ? Soalnya usus kita sensitif banget...jadi jangan sembarangan....


Boost your metabolism by eating 5 meals each day...

3 Main meal ( dinner least portion ).... dan sela 3 jam each meal take a light healthy food... such oatmeal bar... karena sebenarnya waktu kita makan pun, tubuh kita perlu energi...jadi jangan takut2 makan...as long you eat the right thing =) its ok kok...

Stay away from candy...any kind of or food or beverage meski sugar free tapi kalo manis mending jangan diminum/dimakan yah.. fat free belum tentu ga bikin kita gemuk...Try Skim Milk if you like to drink milk... =)

Okay, here is the 2nd part.

When you lose weight and your fat, you cannot lose weight more than 1 pound a week (1 pound = 0.45 kg). Gampangnya, the max u can lose is 1 kg per 2 weeks.

“what? Itu dikit bgt. Gw pengen lose lbh cepet n tampil pede lbh cpt.”

Sorry folks. It is a slow process. When you lose too much weight in 1 week, u run the risk of losing or stripping off your muscles as well as fats. What are muscles responsible for? They are responsible for jacking up your metabolism. In other words, more muscle = higher metabolism. When your metabolism is high, u will burn calories faster. Muscles are like your fat burning machine. Therefore, you can’t afford to lose your muscles when you are losing weight. It’s a slow process. But hang in there guys. Slow and steady.

When you are losing weight, you can’t eat only once or twice a day! You have to eat 5 meals.

“HAH?!?! Bkn nya gw nanti bisa jd tambah gendut?”

When you eat only once or twice a day, your body will think, “oh man we only have two meals today. We better slow down the metabolism otherwise we will starve.”

And what will happen if your metabolism slows down? Correct, you will get FATTER because your body burns the calories slower.

When you eat 5 meals a day, your body will not feel hungry and therefore they don’t need to slow down the metabolism because they always have constant supply of food. But remember, 5 well-balanced meals a day. You can’t lose weight if you eat a big portion of chicken rice or minced meat noodle and count that as your small meal. In other words, u gotta grab something to eat every 2 or 3 hours. Remember, those meals must be low in fat and calories. Double cheeseburger from McD is small but it contains a lot of fats and calories.

Another point, BREAKFAST is the most important meal of the day. When you have breakfast, you will not feel that hungry in the afternoon and therefore you will eat less later. If you don’t eat breakfast, you will starve and once recess time or break time comes, you will eat more and logical thinking (“I can’t eat JCO donuts and french fries. I gotta keep my diet clean”) will not come across your mind.

The best breakfast, in my opinion, is oatmeal. It is because it contains a lot of fibre, low fat, n low calories. So u will be filled up and have energy. For your info, most of the time, Bodybuilders eat oatmeal as their breakfast.

And then, try to eat a lot of vegetables. Why? They fill you up cos they have a lot fibre (good for digestion. Supaya boker nya ga keras. Haha), low in calories (jd kalian ga perlu worry kalo mkn kebanyakan), vitamin C (green peppers, broccoli, green leafy vegetables), Vitamin E (whole grains), beta carotene (apricots, peaches, broccoli), etc etc etc. Ok? So eat the salads rather than the pork ribs in swensens or café cartel (biarpun kadang itu bikin sakit hati cos sama aja kyk nolak berkat. You know what I mean rite? Huahahaha…. Young men young men...)

These are some foods that I know that are not only low fat but they are healthy as well.

Avocado (contain healthy monounsaturated fats and prevent mouth cancer)

Garlic (nakutin drakula!!! Haha jk jk. It is the enemy of cancer)

Tofu (licinin kulit supaya ga byk jerawat. Haha. It can guard men against prostate cancer)

Lemon (prevent skin tumours)

Organic ketchup (cancer fighting lycopene)

Parmesan Cheese ((di pastamania ada kan?) add protein which will fill u up faster and helps u burn more calories)

Soba noodles (take more time to digest so u will not be hungry so fast)

Low fat yoghurt (replace the coconut milk wif low fat yoghurt)

Low-salt soya sauce (cut out the artery-clogging compound)

Dark chocolate (lower the risk of heart disease and keep the cholesterol under wraps)

Kidney beans (di fairprice byk neh. Have a lot of protein n fibre.)

Button Mushroom (boost your immune system and fight cancer)

Parsley (70% vit. C, 50% Vit. A, 10% iron. It freshens your breath too. Biar ga bau. haha)

Oregano (antioxidants)

Fresh mint (boost your daily vit. A intake)

maksudnya cycle 1 sampe 5 apa okky? aq ga gt ngerti haha.

yg penting jaga makanan. sebersih mungkin. coba pelan2 dulu. misalnya aq mau kurangin porsi coca-cola yg aq minum. satu minggu aq minum 7 can of cokes. firstly reduce it to 4 or 5. jgn langsung ke 0. bs aja seh langsung ke 0 tp bs aja ada withdrawal symptomps nya (haha emang narkoba ya). pokoknya pelan2 tp hrs ada progress nya

hmm.. slimming tea itu apa ya.... brian, bantuin. haha...

kalo menurut gw seh as long as teh itu pake bahan alami n ga ada chemical yg nge boost metabolism kyk fat burning pills seh should be ok.

setau gw green tea bisa ngebantu untuk kita ngurusin kok. green tea yg dari lipton tea aja. asal jgn pokka green tea haha..
diseduh 1 hari sekali. bisa ngurusin badan jg.

tp harus digabungin dengan olahraga jg supaya lbh efektif.

the easiest is jogging. 20-40 mins. make sure heart beat kita berdetak cpt. kalo ga artinya kita santai2 doang. so gotta push ourselves tp jgn sprint ya. bisa pingsan. haha.

yg exercise nya gw post nanti. skrg masih di diet dulu ya..

Hi Elv, emang kamu sekarang dalam masa masi minum atau emang belum coba ?

Semua tergantung dari tubuh kita sih, tapi efek slimming tea bakal berkurang karena tubuh kita bener2 luar biasa, selalu adjust and adjust, jadi give more variation, atau kamu stop selama sebulan terus bulan depan kamu lanjut lagi.

Kalo kamu memang lagi dalam masa minum, apakah ada hasil ? Kalo iya berarti merek ato produk yang kamu pakai cocok sama badan kamu.
Kalo sampe ga ada hasil, please check your meal routine and what you eat Razz or else produk yang kamu pakai ga cocok sama badan kamu.

Oh ya intinya tuh kalo mo stabil or lose weight, kita harus buang toxic dalam badan kita, so eat more antioxidant such as apple...or vitamin c 500 aja, dan jangan beli vit c yang 1000, soalnya tubuh kita ga bisa absorb that big amount of vit C and its a waste jadi mending minum 500 - 500 di waktu yang terpisah.

Itu aja dari gua =)

Hello Ky...

Untuk makan 5 kali sehari

Untuk breakfast kamu bisa makan oatmeal with some sugar atau buah yang kadar gula nya tinggi kyk pisang, jadi gula darah lu ga rendah alias seharian biar ga lemes.

Terus in between mungkin kamu bisa siapin roti gandum, boleh ama telur, boleh ama selai kacang atau selai buah yang lain. Tapi jangan di jadiin makanan utama yah.. cuman bikin lambung kita ga kosong aja.

Untuk lunch normal normal aja...but keep in mind...don't get to full, makan secukupnya, banyakin sayur sama lauk, kalo bisa minta less nasi daripada kebuang...

In between masi sama kyk yang di atas...

Untuk dinner, bagus nya porsi yang lu makan sebesar telapak tangan lu aja, dan kalo bisa kurangin nasi nya lagi. Kalo gua sih paling ke western food dan cuman minta chicken chop, and never eat the french fries at night...lots of oil and high carbo...

If you still hungry few hours later...try green apple...because its low in sugar...and never take banana at night yah...karena high in sugar.

Oh yeah, try to share your food, if you feel to much for you. Secara psikologi itu bener2 bantu kita untuk kendaliin diri kita dari makan berlebih.

Kalo mau coba new snack ato chocolate... better not buy, atau kita bakal terbeban untuk habisin sisanya, atau kalo emang kita berbaik hati...kasih ke temen abis kita nyobain...hehehe

Bro Yo...Kalo ga berlebihan ga papa... meski sugar free tetep aja ada pemanis nya...yang kalo ditubuh bisa form glukosa....

Tapi tubuh kita benernya butuh gula juga kok...Tapi dalam badan kita ada kontainer untuk gula tersebut, dan kalo sampe luber jadilah fat...soalnya gula kalo berlebih di simpen sebagai cadangan energi (fat)

Jadi secukupnya aja makan permen, kalo emang ada motivasi kuat untuk lose fat pasti bisa kendaliin kok...makanya bro eclipse nya di share dong...biar cepet abis...terus beli lagi kalo abis terus share lagi...sampe akirnya males beli hahahaha...

Oh yah... kalo emang masi mau makan...harus brani bayar harganya...yaitu dengan olahraga...jadi ada output nya jgn di input terus...hehe

hmm... whip cream has fat content of at least 30% and it also have sugar n flavourings. since we know that fat is BAD, so we should eliminate it (remember, we still need to have some fats in our body or else kita bakal lemes n pusing. but in this case, whip cream adalah fats yg kita mau kurangi).

supaya lose fat ya kita hrs do some sacrifices. mungkin kalo dulu kita bs 2x nambah whip cream, kita kurangi pelan2. 1 whip cream per latte or frapucinno or whatever. then kalo dah terbiasa, kita go without whip cream at all. did you know, when our body dah biasa dgn healthy diet lifestyle, our body wants to continue the good habit. so after we can eliminate all the bad stuff that we put into our mouth, our body no longer craving for the whip creams, candies, cookies, pringles, lays, doritos, etc.


about fruits, of course we know that fruits are natural n good for our body. But, fruits taste sweet aren't they? n where the sweet taste comes from? it comes from sugar. so, too much sugar in our body will be stored as fat.

however, jgn gara2 ini kita jd jarang mkn buah. buah2an tuh bagus untuk kesehatan. all kinds of vitamins n antioxidants that can prolong our lives n help to prevent sickness. but dun overeat those fruits as well okay..

Tapi ga usah takut makan buah, tapi pandai pandai atur mana buah yang harus di makan waktu siang atau malam...

Anyway, sometimes i do eat fruits before sleep, and like papaya, red apple gitu... perhaps that explains the growing belly size Razz hehehe... Shall not make this bad habit anymore.

Oh sorry guys, I'm just curious... does diet coke actually helps? kan they claim itu less calories, blah blah blah... so maybe u can educate us on this as well Very Happy

wah good question ce.. i just read an article about diet coke recently.

ga boleh ce.. cos for each can of diet soft drink comsumed everyday, a person's risk of obesity went up 41% !!

Diet coke tastes sweet but the body knows it's nutritionally empty and tells the body to find calories elsewhere. jd body nya kebingungan gt haha.. kyk dibohongin.

diet soda jg artificially sweetened. sweetener nya namanya Aspartame (woah namanya chim!! hahaha). Aspartame itu 180 TIMES SWEETER than sugar! so only a very small amount is needed. high amount of aspartame bisa menyebabkan sakit jantung, kanker, impotensi gangguan kehamilan dan janin. wahaha that's cigarettes. not diet coke. too much diet coke can lead to headache, diarrhoea, memory loss and mood changes.

but that doesn't mean we should take normal coke instead cos it contains 10 teaspoonfuls of sugar. can u imagine how sweet it is? haha...

jd lbh mending minum air putih atau fruit juices aja. hehhe...
